    Theresa Panter, MSN, FNP

    Founder | Aesthetic Injector

    With over 20 years of experience in cosmetic injectables, Theresa Panter is a trusted leader in the aesthetics industry. Her career began with the launch of North Georgia Aesthetics, where she quickly grew a loyal client base of over 1,000 patients as the sole injector.

    In 2022, Theresa founded Aesthetics 441 & IV Bar, a reflection of her passion, faith, and commitment to helping clients feel confident in their skin. Known for her conservative approach to injectables, she continues to attend advanced training and master-level seminars throughout the year to stay at the forefront of non-surgical aesthetics.

    Under her leadership, Aesthetics 441 has proudly earned Best of Hall 2024 & 2025 for Best Day and Med Spa.

    Haley R. Lowman, BSN, RN

    Aesthetic Nurse | Infusion Specialist | Senior Laser Practitioner

    A Gainesville native and graduate of Brenau University, Haley Lowman brings a diverse background in both emergency and pediatric care to her role at Aesthetics 441. With five years of experience as a Registered Nurse and over three years in medical aesthetics, she combines clinical skill with a compassionate approach.

    Haley is the Infusion Specialist at Aesthetics 441 & IV Bar, offering customized vitamin and mineral blends in a calm, restorative setting. She is also highly trained in injectables, Morpheus8, Plasma Pen, and advanced laser treatments — making her one of our most well-rounded providers. Haley is passionate about creating personalized treatment plans that enhance beauty from the inside out.

    Sharon Jones, LPN

    Lead Esthetician

    A Gainesville native, Sharon Jones brings over 20 years of experience in both medical and spa settings to Aesthetics 441. As a Licensed Practical Nurse and Lead Esthetician, she holds advanced certifications in Revision Skincare, Obagi, SkinMedica, Jane Iredale, and other top professional skincare lines.

    Sharon is our HydraFacial expert and is passionate about helping clients develop effective daily skincare routines. She’s also certified in microneedling with PRP, chemical peels, dermaplaning, Morpheus8, and Plasma Pen.

    With her extensive training and hands-on experience, Sharon believes that a strong home care regimen is the foundation for great skin. Her in-depth skin analysis and personalized product recommendations ensure that every client receives high-quality, results-driven care.

    Mary Mobley, MSN, FNP-C

    Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner | Injector

    Mary Mobley is an advanced aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with over seven years of experience in aesthetic medicine and a strong clinical background in critical care and internal medicine. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Valdosta State University.

    Before entering aesthetics, Mary spent three years in critical care and seven years in internal medicine as a Nurse Practitioner. Her transition into aesthetics allowed her to combine her medical expertise with her natural artistic ability — helping clients enhance their beauty in subtle, natural-looking ways that build confidence and self-esteem.

    Mary has lived in Gainesville, Georgia, for over a decade with her husband and three children. She’s passionate about bringing her advanced aesthetic skills to the local community and is excited to serve clients in Gainesville and surrounding areas.

    With over 15 years in the aesthetics industry, Michea provides our clients with exceptional customer service through her friendly and welcoming demeanor. She professionally oversees the daily operations of Aesthetics 441 and is the glue that holds our team together.

    Kim Higdem, L.E., ALP

    Licensed Esthetician & Advanced Laser Professional

    Kim is passionate about changing lives through her deep knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments. She began her aesthetics journey over 15 years ago and quickly discovered her true passion: medical aesthetics and laser treatments.

    Throughout her career, Kim has worked in dermatology, plastic surgery, and medical med spas. She prides herself on staying at the forefront of the industry through ongoing education, constantly learning about the latest devices and most advanced treatments.

    Education, safety, and results are her top priorities. Kim’s ultimate goal is to deliver the best outcomes for every patient—helping them build confidence while maintaining natural-looking results.

    Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her pup, Penny. You’ll often find her at the barn, where she loves being around horses.

  • Dr. Allan Panter, M.D

    Medical Director

    At Aesthetics 441 and IV Bar, we are proud to be guided by the expertise of Dr. James Allan Panter, our Medical Director. A Georgia native, Dr. Panter attended Emory University and the Medical College of Georgia. With a background in Internal Medicine and over 40 years of experience in the Emergency Department, he now leads our comprehensive women’s and men’s health and wellness programs. He holds extensive training and certifications in integrative medicine and takes a unified approach—incorporating diet, lifestyle, and hormone therapy—to help patients reach their optimal health and wellness goals. Outside of work, Dr. Panter enjoys spending time with his family, especially spoiling his 10 grandchildren.

  • Liz Moore, L. E.

    Licensed Aesthetician

    Born and raised in Gainesville, Georgia, Liz Moore is a passionate licensed aesthetician dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. She specializes in hydrafacials, chemical peels, and a variety of other personalized skincare treatments designed to enhance natural beauty and promote healthy, glowing skin.

  • Jessica Rivas, L.E

    Aesthetic Coordinator / Medical Assistant

    A Gainesville native and a graduate of Lanier Technical college, Jessica has found her place at Aesthetics441 as an Aesthetic Coordinator.  This position combines her love of customer service, aesthetics, and administrative work.

    With both Medical assistant and Esthetician background, she is happy to be part of a community that values bother inner and outer wellness.

    Outside of the spa, you can find her with family, outdoors, at the track, and exploring new places, as she is always up for a new adventure
