With over 20 years of experience in cosmetic injectables, Theresa Panter is a trusted leader in the aesthetics industry. Her career began with the launch of North Georgia Aesthetics, where she quickly grew a loyal client base of over 1,000 patients as the sole injector.

In 2022, Theresa founded Aesthetics 441 & IV Bar, a reflection of her passion, faith, and commitment to helping clients feel confident in their skin. Known for her conservative approach to injectables, she continues to attend advanced training and master-level seminars throughout the year to stay at the forefront of non-surgical aesthetics.

Under her leadership, Aesthetics 441 has proudly earned Best of Hall 2024 & 2025 for Best Day and Med Spa.

Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner | Injector

Mary Mobley is an advanced aesthetic Nurse Practitioner with over seven years of experience in aesthetic medicine and a strong clinical background in critical care and internal medicine. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Nursing from Valdosta State University.

Before entering aesthetics, Mary spent three years in critical care and seven years in internal medicine as a Nurse Practitioner. Her transition into aesthetics allowed her to combine her medical expertise with her natural artistic ability — helping clients enhance their beauty in subtle, natural-looking ways that build confidence and self-esteem.

Mary has lived in Gainesville, Georgia, for over a decade with her husband and three children. She’s passionate about bringing her advanced aesthetic skills to the local community and is excited to serve clients in Gainesville and surrounding areas.

Licensed Esthetician, Licensed Practical Nurse & Lead Aesthetician

A Gainesville native, Sharon Jones brings over 20 years of experience in both medical and spa settings to Aesthetics 441. As a Licensed Practical Nurse and Lead Esthetician, she combines advanced medical knowledge with a passion for helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin.

Sharon holds advanced certifications in Revision Skincare, Obagi, SkinMedica, Jane Iredale, and other leading professional skincare lines. She is also a licensed assistant laser practitioner, trained in advanced laser technologies including BBL, MOXI, and CO₂ laser treatments, allowing her to deliver powerful results in skin rejuvenation and resurfacing.

Known as our HydraFacial expert, Sharon is also certified in microneedling with PRP, chemical peels, dermaplaning, Morpheus8, and Plasma Pen treatments. She is passionate about helping clients develop effective daily skincare routines and believes that strong home care is the foundation of beautiful skin.

Through in-depth skin analysis and personalized treatment plans, Sharon ensures every client receives thoughtful, results-driven care designed to support long-term skin health and confidence.

Integrative Wellness & Aesthetic Care

At Aesthetics 441 and IV Bar, we are proud to be guided by the expertise of Dr. James Allan Panter, our Medical Director. A Georgia native, Dr. Panter attended Emory University and the Medical College of Georgia. With a background in Internal Medicine and over 40 years of experience in the Emergency Department, he now leads our comprehensive women’s and men’s health and wellness programs. He holds extensive training and certifications in integrative medicine and takes a unified approach—incorporating diet, lifestyle, and hormone therapy—to help patients reach their optimal health and wellness goals. Outside of work, Dr. Panter enjoys spending time with his family, especially spoiling his 10 grandchildren.

Aesthetic Coordinator / Business Manager

With over 15 years in the aesthetics industry, Michea provides our clients with exceptional customer service through her friendly and welcoming demeanor. She professionally oversees the daily operations of Aesthetics 441 and is the glue that holds our team together.

Aesthetic Coordinator | Medical Assistant | Licensed Esthetician

Born and raised in Gainesville, Jessica combines her Medical Assistant background with 5 years of experience across medical and spa settings and a strong interest in aesthetics to create a thoughtful, seamless experience for every client. With over three years at Aesthetics441, she brings knowledge, care, and attention to detail to every aspect of the client experience.

As a Licensed Esthetician and laser-certified professional, Jessica is trained in BBL, MOXI, and CO₂ laser treatments, as well as microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other aesthetic services. Microneedling is one treatment she truly loves performing.

Her approach is rooted in attention to detail, client education, and a genuine commitment to creating an experience where each client feels heard, understood, and thoughtfully cared for.

Outside of Aesthetics441, Jessica enjoys spending time with family, traveling, staying active, and embracing new experiences. Her favorite ways to unwind include being outdoors and visiting the track.

A Gainesville native and graduate of Brenau University, Haley Lowman brings a diverse background in both emergency and pediatric care to her role at Aesthetics 441. With five years of experience as a Registered Nurse and over three years in medical aesthetics, she combines clinical skill with a compassionate approach.

Haley is the Infusion Specialist at Aesthetics 441 & IV Bar, offering customized vitamin and mineral blends in a calm, restorative setting. She is also highly trained in injectables, Morpheus8, Plasma Pen, and advanced laser treatments — making her one of our most well-rounded providers. Haley is passionate about creating personalized treatment plans that enhance beauty from the inside out.
